This company is good for beginners in the business because they'll train you. Give you insights in the business but after that it better of going on your own.

You will definitely learn how to cut, but I say get in and get out! Do not waste your talent here! Not enough to live on. I wish it was better.. Wages low.. And not ggis insurance..

In the company.. Terrible place to work.

No commission so strictly hourly pay. My manager was awesome it depends on what store you work at. They overwork all their employees without paying them a decent hourly rate. They also make it almost impossible to commission. The company is more focused on the quantity of cuts, which in end results are not the best haircuts. Good money and benefits. Less drama. I worked at another chain salon and didn't think I would do that again.

I'm glad I did. We are always busy and I make good money with my hourly plus bonus plus tips. I've been paid to go to training and get vacation and holiday pay. I don't feel like I'm competing with the other stylists and it makes for a lot less drama. They work around my schedule and I feel like the good work I do is recognized. Overall not too bad. Consistent and very busy. Fast paced. Low or no tips low pay iffy management managers tell all your business to the salon and talk about you when not there having to do s your own coverage is a pain what do managers get paid for.

Signing Out

Not enough tips. Pay was horrible did not make enough money to pay bills at all. Do to much for little money. Want you to do all hair cuts in 15 mins or less but you have to stop and check customers in. Decent workplace.

Pretty good place to work. You work hard, but you make pretty good money with tips and everything. I would gladly work here again. Don't work here! Its a rat race ran by a corporate company who were never hair stylists or barbers. That give continuous discounts making it harder for other businesses to thrive.

Terrible pressure and no compensation. My title under summary says it all! I have nothing else to say really. No benefits. No education. No receptionist. I can say the computer system was a breeze. Good for temporary work. Not a stable income or career. Good for those coming out of school for experience or those who started off with the company and desire to promote to a mediocre pay and challenge. Only whites are promoted to GM and above like your typical cooperate companies. Work attire, cash on hand good tips depending on location , increase cut time.

On your feet all day, poor management, High turn over do to low pay, restrictions in flexibility working unable to work towards goals do to restricted hours of work , no insurance unless you work over hours. Flexibility for part time. Not much flexibility for full time. No benefits for part time. Management is a bit dicey. Guaranteed walk ins. Job Security. I love doing what I love for a guaranteed paycheck! No stress, scheduled planned week, and all I have to do is make people look good and feel good and be nice.
