Can feel slightly squeezed in if the hotel is busy. The sea,staff is ok,clean. The pools are not working and dirty, poor meals. Whoever staff you meet at the hotel are friendly and helpful. The food was excellent. The buffets were very good as compared to other all-inclusives that we've been to.
Staff was very friendly; several pools, as well as beach access to snorkel. Quite nice snorkeling, able to see many fish. Plenty of chairs and umbrellas at pools and seaside, so that no matter what time we arrived we were able to find a spot although their were plenty of people so the place felt fun.
Overall very happy with this resort. We felt the alcohol selection as part of the all-inclusive was quite limited; mostly wine, beer, straight liquors or fruity drinks. Liquors or other drinks like pina coladas, mojitos, etc. Also, they were very helpful when it came to on-site questions but unhelpful or unknowledgeable about anything off-site. For example, their book said they could help confirm your return flight, but when asked they couldn't do it.
Also we asked if they could give us the name of a travel agency, and they couldn't.

I would say that price is very good deal. Also they gave me an armband as most of the resorts do in Sharm that I can use to get as much drink and eat from 10 till pm from the bar on the pools. It's not that glamorous resort I would say pools are good but not great not what I was expecting so to speak. Food is not that good it taste almost the same but it's eatable.
