Im discusted how unproffesional is liz earle!!!!!! I have been using Liz Earle products for many years and will continue to do so as love them and they suit my skin. I have tried many many products and spent a lot of money over the years. After reading great reviews about Liz Earle skin care range I decided to give it a try , unfortunately even after the first time using cleanse and polish my skin felt as if it was glowing! After 3 days my forehead felt as if it was burning and my skin looked swollen and looked like orange peel.

To be fair customer services handled my complaint very well and offered me a refund straight away. I have bought cheap moisturiser and serum from Aldi and had great results! I thought I was giving myself a treat by buying Liz Earle skin care but I suppose not every product suits everyone. Despite being a bit expensive, the products are good and their customer service is excellent.

The free samples with every order is a nice touch. The Liz Earle packaging is so beautiful I just love this range. The face exfoliator is the best ive used n gentle enough to give a good scrubbing The moisturiser is also the best I've used switching from Clinique Dramatically different moisture gel I cannot get help from any source under the Liz Earle or Wellbeing companies.

I have left two emails and have tried with the assistance of a number of other people to order the limited edition volume two signed copy book, on line, but there is a problem with their website. No telephone number is available, nobody will answer my emails. I am trying to purchase this as present, but slowly giving up. Very bad website and very bad customer services. I have sent them two emails nearly 2 weeks ago.

Although they say will respond within 48 hours, am still waiting. Went into boots Islington today to buy a Lizearle cleanser, but ended up buying cleanse and polish soothe collection , lida was very helpful and gave me advice on what to use on my skin type , will be going back to her for a facial.

I have just bought sheer skin tint which I have used before this tube I find is not as good as first tube given to me as a freeby with Botanical skincare. The one I have just purchased is a lot thinner in consistency and does not give same amount of cover. I prefer the older formula and may I suggest you return to it. Wondering why my skin reacted so badly to it, apprantly liz only uses cheap ingredients. Not surprised really. Switched to a cheaper and better brand and my skins never been better.
