Salary and benefits are great and there is always room to advance in the company if that is your desire. First place ive ever nothing for christmas.. Alot of favortism within this company.. But then they want you work 40 hours because of staff shortage. But still no offer of paid benefits.

Pay is very low. No bonus or even a box of chocolates for employees at Christmas. Super cheap owners. Big deal. Amazing family oriented company. Good staff, busy work filled shifts. Good support from management and supervisers. Flexible work shifts available, good benefits. Flexible, busy, good place to start.
They pay the pharmacy staff the same amount as the front store cashiers. There are a lot of politics in the store and the pharmacy. The managers will give and take away your hours and give the good shifts to their favourite employees. The pros to working here are the staff, the patients that you get to help and it is busy, in a fun way. If you are looking for an entry level position in pharmacy to gain experience this is a good place to start but I dont recommend it for long term.

Super amazing manager! Not physically exhausting, but can be extremely mentally exhausting Some staff members are too rude to be working there Overall, a good job. But for someone in university not a permanent career. Employees are super friendly. Employees are very nice. Whenever I need help, they'll gladly show me how to do it. However, the pay is barely above minimum wage. Also, you mostly stand in one place to do the job so it's harder to know your products places when customers ask.

It's a good place for students who are still in school and working at the same time as they are quite accommodating with scheduling. However, the salary isnot enough to sustain and support a family. You get very good coverage for prescriptions but it's not the best when it comes to their dental benefits. Very inclusive and welcoming workforce.
The culture of London Drugs is very welcoming. They provide great paths for advancement, with many ways to move up in the company. They offer very good benefits for full time employees as well. Great flexible place to work! Worked for LD for numerous amount of years and really enjoyed my time.

Definitely could use some room to up the wages, but other than that no complaints! Low pay poor benefits. I would not recommend seeking employment at London Drugs. From the very beginning I found the application process spotty at best and the training does not prepare you for day to day work.
