Usually, there's enough info about the mystery hotel to find out which hotel it is on the booking site with a few minutes work. Then when you've booked, you find out which hotel it is.
Never been wrong yet! I assume you are talking about the mystery deals on wotif. I did it a couple of years ago for Melbourne and got a top quality studio apartment on Collins Street in Melbourne. I sort of worked out which one it was beforehand the descriptions down the bottom were exactly the same. If you are motivated by price then go for it, but if you want certainty then don't. The other poster has a great point - if its a 5 star hotel you are not going to have a lot of problems.

Just checked a couple of the hotels and the Intercontinental has parking for cars!! I used Wotif mystery hotels twice last year in Bangkok and were very happy with them. I was wondering myself whether it was that one but I think Grand Hyatt??
