I called for a free estimate and after a VERY hard sell and them telling us how bad our basement was, we hired them. They came out and proceeded to tear up the yard, the basement and we even had to cut up our deck for them to get at the foundation. We thought they had finished but it turns out they ran the pipes completely wrong and we had even more issues.
They installed a second sump pump and also a dehumidifier product. They had to come out again because the sump pump was not installed properly and it was releasing water right in front of the house back into the foundation. They came out to fix that.
