What is your recommendation on this? I think this is very dependent on what kind of service you get from the party helper and how involved they have to be i. We had to ask for cups and drinks multiple times and that was finally after the pizza. We had to track someone down again to ask for the ice cream and after our time was over to ask about the goody bags, ticket blaster, and bonus tickets.
We had to serve all the food and pour the drinks. I literally did nothing for the party other than hand out the cards to the kids.
