Too tight and next passengers body too close. Avoiding them made it uncomfortable. Loss the connection. Cons: Our luggage was not put on the plane and was left behind. Cons: Staff at the airport pushing you to upgrade to first class but not making it clear only the first trip from Athens to Amsterdam which the first class uses same uncomfortable seats as the economy to pay extra euros ridiculous airfrance stuff! I should have flown all the way to NYC first class!!! Pros: I've been flying with Virgin Atlantic from the states to London on multiple occasions. It's an excellent airline with respectful and attentive cabin crew, food is delicious with variety of choices, comfort is quite good, In addition, I admire the touching gesture of Virgin Atlantic with their support for children around the world.

I was given a hotel voucher to a nice hotel with a complimentary dinner voucher. The dinner was a buffet that was limited and less than mediocre. A chicken option was not even provided, no soup. One of the crew members stood out by being helpful; his colleagues were bureaucratic and disengaged. Cons: This was a BA flight. Food in T3 in toronto was a disgrace, and the whole lounge experience was poor.
The sleeping arrangements in business class had no privacy; the food onboard was mediocre. Cons: The temperature in the cabin was absurd. There were 3 people who fainted because it was an 8 hour flight, and the AC was not at an ideal temperature. I was sweating, and so was my mother. Pros: The crew was pleasant and worked very hard to keep our stomachs full! I loved all the free movies! Pros: I upgraded to premium economy, worth every dollar.

Cons: No leg room at all, cant believe those seats met legal standard. The plane smelled, boarding was a nightmare because too many people had big bags. An announcement had been madd that vags would be collected, but obviously were not. Cons: Seats are not comfortable for long haul. Airbus premier economy. Not enough reclining and leg support. Cons: Could be a little better the service, the dinner was late.

Crew was attentive and friendly. Cons: Boarding was a cattle call and chaotic. Any food was an extra charge with a card only. Food selection was poor. Pros: The crew was great. I had read bad reports, but our experience was great. Cons: Nothing , we greatly enjoyed our flight. It was another route to go to Europe and was very pleasant. Cons: I absolutely hate traveling on this airline and with all the hidden charges realize that they are NOT as budget as one would expect. In this day and age how can one human being pass food or beverage under your nose to the passenger sitting next to you and not have the common courtesy to inquire if you are hungry?
It seems odd to serve the "haves" while the "have nots" look on in hunger, the latter group even including children. Surely the better business model and or approach would be an inclusive one. When comparing the additional costs to travel its is far cheaper to take an option whereby luggage and food are included and you are not charged ridiculous amounts for, lets face it microwave meals.
The PR for this company is misleading as it does not let the consumer know that this a LOW LOW budget airline and that traditional allowances on long haul flights have been totally obliterated!!!!
I have travelled with Norwegian Airlines a total of 3 return flights and have finally had enough, they are an only option at times otherwise the extra dollars for another airline is a pleasure to pay. Cons: Delays and cancellations on every flight with them. Incredibly poor customer service.

No updates on delays whilst at gate or during flight. Much more to say but not enough space to type. Pros: There was a long delay that cause me to miss my Transfer. Staff was not really helpful. Cons: Staff were friendly and professional. The food was okay but nothing special.

I would have expected this for a long international flight. Cons: Frankfurt airport is too big. Allowing only an hour for a connecting flight is not enough time. I would never do that again especially if your with a handicapped person. Pros: The most comfortable coach seats I've ever been lucky enough to sit in aisle and window in the first row of economy!
