From our arrival we were welcomed by the lobby young lady who checked us in, only took 5 mins from check into being in our room. We find the staff to be polite friendly and if you ask in the correct polite manner then any problem you might have is dealt with rapidly. There is a very nice lobby where you can sit and use the wifi and have breakfast, lunch, and dinner for a small charge in the Cargo Bay just off the lobby. There is also a complimentary breakfast consisting of coffee, juice, Danish, toast.
There are the lovely looking gardens and large pool area with a raised decking, there are plenty of loungers and a few tables with umbrellas.
This hotel is in an excellent location opposite the Orlando Eye and within walking distance of shops and restaurants. This is a budget hotel perfect for families and for small children, there is even a small play area. The front desk girls were very sweet and helpful. It is a good hotel, with well-priced stay prices. The staff excellent. All in all great. I see it again soon. Thank you for all your attention. It's the place to stay at for cheap and it's right in front of the Orlando eye it's also 10 minutes from island of adventure and universal studios I'll definitely go back there it's also best to the YMCA gym. Nice room for the price, great location! Rooms were updated and the housekeeper was really friendly and courteous and brought what I asked for to my room!
