Day trip booked with hotel pickup, was at our pickup location 10 minutes before pickup however bus was 25 minutes late we did contact the number and spoke to Debbie who advised it would be with us within minutes. Driver arrived in a mood shouting for us to get on board and was clearly not in a good mood being stuck in road work traffic.
After 15 minutes we were dropped off at another spot and picked up by another driver this one was very pleasent and we headed out to the outlet after a couple more pickups.

We arrived at the outlet at am and the driver advised he would pickup at to give us the full 7 hours this is why they get 5 stars as it started off not great but the drover did a great job in making up for it.
