Location, free airport shuttle, good food, free internet, and a fast and helpful staff. There was confusion between the two shuttle drivers at 6am regarding which van was going to which terminal. A number of people, including me, wound up at the wrong terminal. A great experience. The HVAC in the room was extremely loud. It woke me up every time it turned on.

The fact there was shuttle service from the airport and the hotel restaurant bar was open late when I arrived. Friendly and very quick response to a problem with the TV.

Very quiet and comfortable room and efficient shuttle system. The rooms all include work stations, as well as, mini fridges, flatscreen TVs, and extra comfortable Serenity Beds. They also have more space, upgraded shower heads, down duvets, and the Serenity Bath. There are also suites with separate bedrooms that have full living rooms and dry bars.

There's also a poolside bar here. A rendering of the rooftop pool at TWA Hotel. All are off-site, none are in attractive locations, and many are old and dingy. Oh and they're overpriced. What could be better?
