Thumbs up! Rooms and hotel staff excellent. Sun loungers reserved for your whole stay - which is a big plus when are in in no hurry to get up in the mornings. It was one of the best hotels we have stayed in quiet, lovely views, clean and great staff, breakfast was all you could ask for, also having your own sunbed for the length of your stay was a great idea. We have travelled quite a bit but would return again. Excellent staff and spotlessly clean. Great that you get a sunbed allocated on your first day. Excellent choice for breakfast, but purchase of other food and drink is expensive.
Rooms spotlessly clean but not the best. Would definitely go back though. We have stayed at Capo on several occasions and the reception girls are absolutely lovely, the pool and baggage staff are very helpful, we love Costas. The bathroom, especially the shower, is fab. Rooms are luxurious if a bit small nothing they can do about that unfortunately. We really do love the place but there are a few constructive criticisms to make it the perfect place for when we go again - and we definitely will in May The mini bar fridges are not nearly cold enough, drinks are slightly chilled, if you're lucky.
You really need very cold in that climate, and for the most expensive hotel in the area you expect that they would, no actually, should be. On second thoughts, throw them away, put proper fridges in, and don't try to charge 70 euros a week for guests to put their own drinks in them. The food and drink if bought in the hotel are horrendously expensive, We never buy them and very few guests we spoke to do either. If there was a slight premium then maybe more people would.
The adult pool is the main reason that we stay there and pay a hefty premium for the privilege but the adults only rule should actually be strictly enforced. If they don't start policing it then we, and others that we spoke to, will go elsewhere.
Please start calling it the tranquillity or serenity pool and put up some signs, because even some of the adults there act like chavs, shouting, screaming and swearing with total disregard for people who just want to relax. There is a massive family pool not 20 metres away if that's what you want to do or there are other hotels, please go there.
I am not a prude by any means but I do actually go to Capo for a bit of relaxation and some some peace and quiet. If I want all that I can go to Napa and pay a quarter of the price. PS Capo can you cut down the 3 tallest palm trees by the adult pool so that we don't have to spend all day dragging the sunbeds around? The hotel was modern and clean, the staff were friendly, the location was good, and the food and drinks were nice but overpriced.
The down side was the lack of sleep because of noise from hotel staff dragging wheelie bins, loading trucks, etc from 7am. We were also woken at 5am from what sounded like glass bottles being tipped. We did move rooms but the noise was worse and we couldn't open our balcony doors because of the fumes from right outside. Gutted about this hotel. The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and accommodating and food was good. Would definitely recommend and return. I've been to the Capo Bay Hotel 4 times now and quite frankly it just get better and better.
The Management and staff are all very friendly and helpful. The rooms are very tastefully decorated fresh and clean. The hotel offer a fantastic service nothing is too big. The pool area with the allocated sunbed system is a great idea, stops you having to worry about getting up at the crack of dawn to get a bed.

We having been going to the Capo Bay for 4 years and every visit has been as good as as the last one. The management and staff are very helpful. The accommodation is very well presented and clean. The food is delicious plenty of choices. We would recommend a visit to their spa for a treatment or just to chill out in the pool after a visit to the sauna. The rooms were spotless with fabulous big bed and spacious bathroom. Staff friendly but not in your face and the pool was fabulous. I also took advantage of a massage at the Spa which was excellent. Absolutely amazing hotel, everything is first class, drinks a bit pricey in the hotel bars though.
We went across to the supermarket and there are plenty of cheaper bars close too. Capo Bay was a lovely hotel and very clean, however, the food was a little pricey. The pool and surronding area was spotless and even the spa treatments were great but you could get a much cheaper massage on the beach which was just as good if not better and lasted a little longer.
The rooms were very basic and we had to change rooms after the 1st night as we were facing the strip no chance of sleep if your facing all the life of the town, you might as well keep the doors open, it was that bad but the staff were very helpful and moved us to a different area of the hotel.
