You had to spend quite a lot on wine just to get a few dollars off. The same with gift shop purchases. Second time we stayed there we didn't even pick them up. Didn't use it last time, but might when we go in October.

Long story short, they walked our entire group over to a 16 passenger large van and wanted to start loading our luggage. I stopped them and said no, we wanted what we paid for. There was a little bit of a language barrier, but after showing my confirmation, the guy understood and had us walk back over to the terminal since it had started raining. He said it would be minutes for the bus. While we could've fit everyone in the van, it would've been very tight and there wasn't room for the luggage, so I'm not sure where they were going to put it, short of us holding it.

After minutes, he offered two large vans, which we agreed to. After being in side the van with 8 people, 16 would've been very uncomfortable, especially since we paid for a bus. As we left the airport, I told the guy that a bus better pick us up on the transfer back. On our return trip, I sent an email to the company the day before, explaining what happened at the airport. They apologized and said to not worry, a bus would arrive. I was still a little concerned since I had 15 other people depending on my plans.
Thankfully, they sent a probably 50 passenger bus to make up for the first transfer! It was huge and had tons of room! So while we had a minor hiccup at the airport that delayed us minutes, they solved the problem to our satisfaction and then gave us the large bus for the return trip.
