When I received my order, no gift was included. I upped my order just to receive the gift. Kudos to Belk. After sending me a cancellation notice for the free gift, they shipped me a substitute gift. When does the February Clinique Bonus days end. I know it starts on the 6th…. The Belk store listed for pre-sale are super sweet! Very nice experience, hope to pre-order with them again.

I ordered mine and I received an email saying that they cancelled shipping the free gift. I called customer service and they confirmed that they ran out of the gift. I went to Belk in Suffolk, Va. When she rang it up it was. I could hear them very well when the clerk ask her about the difference. She returned and said it was short did I want to make another purchase, told her no then the other clerk came over and said the same thing.
I was very disappointed in the way I was treated however I will get over it I just drive a few extra miles and go to Franklin, Va. I called a few weeks ago and spoke to Hillary who said she removed the charge from my card, and re ordered it for me. This is unacceptable customer service. You would have had to purchase it all in pre-sale. That would be like walking out without paying. Say a customer took the stuff home and her card was declined when the sale went live.
