Very disappointed because I love Greek food. I used to come here once or twice a year. However, I stopped a couple of years ago after discovering Chris Taverna. I decided to go back as I never did have any complaints about this place. I'm glad I did. My mom and I split a sampler platter taramasalata, tzatziki, melizanosalata, feta, dolmathakia, mini cheese and spinach pies, olives, vegetables and warm pita which was delicious and so big we took half of it home to enjoy again.

We each had a gyro pita which was stuffed full of delicious meat and came with a tasty lemon-rice soup a salad was the other side option. Prices are very reasonable. Service was friendly, attentive and professional. The authentic, cozy atmosphere included traditional Greek music playing in the background. I'll definitely be coming back again on a more regular basis.

Located at the end of a strip mall the restaurant looked quiet so I wasn't expecting much. We were met by a very pleasant waitress Kathy who sat us and went over the menu offering advise on what to have. We ordered a pork pita sandwich and a chicken pita sandwich. They came with soup or fries. The sandwiches were full no skimping. The lentil soup was delicious. The tzatziki was thick, cold and tasty. The only criticism I have is they should be playing Greek music not the radio.

Can't wait to come back and try a lamb dish. Worst food. Figured we try it because it's in the coupon book.

Ordered a Greek Salad with Shrimp. Shrimp was great. Tomatoes were not ripe and dressing was gross. See the pic below in how it was served.

The grape leaves were bitter. The service was great but the owner said he was not taking this gross salad off the bill. By the way I didn't ask the waitress asked and they said no. Let me know if you want the rest of my coupons because I'll never be back.

My husband and had dinner recently at tasos and had eaten there once before. Both times we have had great food and have felt that it was really authentic. What we particularly enjoyed was that the peasant salad we each ordered was the kind of salad you get in Greece.

No lettuce-- just large pieces of cucumber tomato and pepper and chunks of feta instead of the crumbles that most restaurants serve. This time we both ordered appetizers of fried calamari which together with the salad was a perfect meal.
