Although we LOVED the waterpark and arcade, and the buffet both food and staff was amazing, we had an awful, awful experience with our guest room.
It was a basic room with some issues shower pressure was minimal, the door stuck and didn t close or open easily, the fridge and microwave wobbled horribly, noise came through the bathroom vent, local ABC channel kept saying "lost signal" We came back to our room multiple times and called repeatedly to complain Not once did we use the DND sign.
We also complained at the front desk before checking out and was only offered a simple apology. With five of us staying in the room, including two young kids and a toddler, the dirty towels piled up quickly, floors were gross from not being swept, trash overflowed, including pizza boxes and dirty diapers We learned that if you get a room at a discounted rate, then you shouldn t expect any service. Had it not been for this, we would have planned another visit soon, but this definitely ruined the experience for us.

I have heard wonderful things about the resort, and am looking forward to going. Please advise. Sign up for their email list. Every now and then they have new coupon codes with which you can book on line. Take your coupon number with you to tell the desk clerk. Check in is normally after 4, but if you want to use the water park, you can come before lunch and use the most awesome water park outside of orlando. If your room is clean early, they will let you in earlier Use the arcade or the water park.
Plenty of warm changing areas, hot showers, etc. If you happen to run into someone in the park or arcade who tells you they got a better price on a comparative or better room, you can complain to the desk clerk that you didn t get the discount when you checked in, and more than likely they will rebill your room! I felt like stealing, but hey, they have these codes out there, and no telling how you can get a hold of one.
