Told him the price. Called him an hour later and he said he didnt believe the price. I offered to come in with it and he said he wouldn't match it. I did not lose service I clearly heard the receiver miss the plate then hang up.
I ran built-in diagnostic showing bad battery, I replaced it; no light. I bought my car here in and have all service done there ever since. Service has always been good. Service Manager has been a very good friend and a pleasure to deal with. However you state that you wash the car, but I never seem to get a wash job. I suppose that is my only complaint. I think I have been a loyal customer and have been pleased enough to keep coming back. Lousy - Disappointed with Bill.

This is the second bad review I've left for this dealership. My wife needed a spare key for her Highlander.
We were told the key was just under 40 bucks, a little expensive but ok. It is a dealership. The employee at the parts counter made the key and we paid for it.

Guess we misunderstood all keys have to be programed to work not just the master. So we paid 40 bucks to get a key that only unlocks the door, The fee to program the key is another bucks. Don't need it that much. You guys SUCK!!!! When ever I've delt with these clowns I always walk away pissed off.

Would never recommend. Very poor service department. Repairs not completed. Agents do not answer messages left by phone and email Entire inside of car wet with condensation, floor mats soaked in water. Sent emails to Brian, service agent and Bob Schrader, Gen. Never heard frrom Leo. By 2pm, called Leo, Brian, left messages. Still no responses.
