Faultline cleaners coupons westwood

I was even more impressed when I got my items back. Not one stain on it and the pressing was perfect. They even packaged it in a way to preserve the great pressing they had done. The price was higher than some other cleaners but the quality and service was totally worth every penny. If you want great quality and you are willing to pay for it, than this should be your cleaners. I am now a regular customer for life. I have never seen such beautiful cleaners. I felt like I had walked into a designer boutique.

The place was clean and the help was very professional. I felt very comfortable giving them my designer labels to clean. When I came to pick up the clothes I was even more impressed. Not only was everything perfectly clean, but they were packaged in way that kept the clothes perfectly pressed even after I through them in the trunk and got them home. The prices were high but I expected that with the kind of quality they give.

All this and they are non toxic and environmentally safe. They even gave me a recycling box to take home for my hangers. All an all it was a great experience. I would highly recommend them. This place is a total rip off.

They had NO prices listed and when I asked to see the price list after I was rung up, the lady pulled an 11x14 paper with tiny writing from behind the counter. You can't even see it from the cash register. Unlike others, I did not even get a 1st time customer discount. This place is a rip off. Go to Dry Clean Express instead This place is unbelievably expensive.

When I dropped off my clothes the inside seemed fairly clean and the woman who helped me was friendly enough, but when I picked them up there was a distinct odor like a kitty litter box and the girl that checked me out was unfriendly. For those prices I at least expect stellar service.

Bottom line - take your super expensive, rare garments here for careful cleaning, because they do fine work, but send everything elsse to a Flair or Carriage Trade. It is really, stupidly expensive. Ask to see their price list. Most of your clothing costs about half what they wat to clean it. It's just not worth it. A total nightmare. There is no reason anyone should use this place, ever.

The Dry Cleaning Process - A Carriage Regal Cleaner- Dry Cleaning & Laundry Los Angeles

I walked in off the street and decided to give it a try because it was conveniently located and allegedly offered environmentally-friendly dry cleaning. One by one, I placed my items on the counter and asked for price quotes. The prices I was quoted were astronomical, but I was in a hurry and willing to pay a little more for eco-friendly services.

When I brought this to the attention of the manager ""Mark"" , he said he'd ""think about it"" and let me know what he decided when I returned -- because I had to come back to pick up clothes that they had not cleaned that still had stains on them. When I came back again, he claimed it would be fixed, but that he had to get some kind of authorization before he could credit my card.

He assured me he'd call, even giving me a specific time Monday, at He never called. I called several more times to follow up. Several times, I was lied to and could hear people in the background telling the person who answered the phone to tell me the manager wasn't there. Once, an employee who picked up the phone tried to suggest they might give me the money they'd stolen as store credit. After several more calls, it was clear that it wasn't an isolated incident, but a standard practice -- whomever I spoke with, I got the same runaround.

These people are not only liars and thieves--they are shameless about it. If this is how they treat a potential new customer, I can't understand how they stay in business -- they shouldn't. They give new meaning to the phrase ""being taken to the cleaner.

Don't go there! The owners have sold Sterling to a chain. The dry cleaning is now terrible. I was a customer for more than 20 years and I no longer go there. I just moved to the neighborhood, which as far as I can tell is mostly students and young professionals. So I want to know who can afford this place?! Bottom line: Sterling has a tarnished reputation, and there is absolutely no reason not to go to one of the many other cleaners in the nabe.

They do a really great job, but it is SO expensive!! Yes, they are expensive, but not outrageously so with cupons and they send cupons fairly frequently. I've generally found the staff to be pleasant amazingly so, since I seem to one of the few customers that doesn't spend their entire drop-off and pick-up time yakking into a cell phone as though the staff doesn't exist. I always get my clothes back in perfect shape--even the ones that I thought weren't salvageable. They rescued a very difficult to clean silk skirt with a wine stain on it that I was almost certain was hopeless.

Even if they are a little pricy, it's still cheaper to spend a little more on a dry cleaner I can trust than it is to replace the clothes I'm taking in.
