So many off brands in the box now. Maybe it's just because its winter idk. I might be cancelling in spring if it doesn't improve. The box is a great idea. However, I will probably cancel as every box comes with a small bag of hooks as one of the 5 baits I don't need any more hooks to be honest. Every thing is pretty good with the service. I get the pan fish box and really wish y'all would put more crappie tackle in it.

I think y'all should to a box just for crappie only and I would be a customer for life cause that's what I mostly fish for. All in all your service is pretty good. I enjoyed the boxes and they are a value however, My problem is with order accuracy, poor customer service, and the fact that it is a complicated process to end a subscription. When I finally recieved my first box it contained the bonus bait.

The second box I received did NOT. I emailed customer service and they shipped the missing bait to me. On the third box I recieved No bonus bait once again. I just let it go to spare the stress, realizing I would probably have to go through this every month to get my baits. After a year and now they owe me several baits. I decided to cancel my subscription. You have to email them to cancel. However the system leads you through a bunch of bs options other than cancel.

I ended up having to cancel my credit card to end their subscription. They are crooks, plain and simple.

Manipulation at its best. Much higher quality lures I have found in MTB. I had a lot of repeat stuff from LTB. My husband and I fish together and we fight over who gets to open the box first We have tried the other boxes from other guy and it does not compare. We will stick with LTB. We are just getting into the new Bass season and are both looking forward to trying some of our new baits etc Thank You LTB.
