Lovely warm welcome, massive room, clean fluffy towels each day, fab free breakfast, everything at the Broadway Plaza just made our NY stay a city break to remember. The hotel ticked all the boxes for our 4 day trip, the staff were friendly and on hand to offer local advise as required to ensure you maxed your New York experience, the accommodation was new fresh and clean.
We loved the quirky breakfast buffet that can be eaten in the preparation area or taken back to your room if required, and gives your day a great start. The staff were brilliant, concierge Anthony was a great help and was always there to help with all questions no matter how trivial.
The rooms are large and well appointed and the breakfast is an added bonus. We had a view of the Empire State as well which was a bonus! Very close to shops, amenities, and attractions. Great price. Great sized room. Super clean. Its extraordinary location makes the hotel the ideal spot from which to enjoy the authentic pace of New York life and an interesting array of cultural and leisure activities. The 7 train, which is only 6 minutes from the hotel, will take you to Queens where you can visit Long Island City, the borough's most fashionable neighborhood; the A and C trains, just a quarter mile from the hotel, will take you to Brooklyn where you can visit Prospect Park; and, lastly, the 3 train, which is 6 minutes from the hotel, will take you to the Bronx and the ferry which will take you to Staten Island where you can take in the spectacular views of the Statue of Liberty.

Crowne Plaza Hotels in New York City NY
Great little hotel and location easy access walking or via subway to all places. Very clean. Towels changed daily. Good sized rooms not all rooms have views but we were not there to stay in our room. Staff friendly and could answer all question and would help organise anything for you. Nice little touch of pastries and fruit for breakfast thats included in booking. Handy shops near by including Starbucks and a supermarket. Would definitely recommend as a great base and not too expensive, more to spend on enjoying yourself : ….
