Much easier than Dundrum. Used a groupon voucher to see a film with a friend. We had bought the more expensive tickets so that we had a more elevated view.

We were asked to move on 2 occasions despite showing the tickets on 3 occasions! The movie was great but what a dreadful experience in a freezing cold cinema. Despite having winter layers on it was so cold inside.

A polite mention of this to the staff member resulted in no change to the room temperature. I was very disappointed about the lack of regard for customer comfort and wellbeing. Will not be back and will not recommend. Recently went to see a film here with my family.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The prices were on par with other Dublin cinemas. One of the older cinemas in the Dublin suburbs and often overlooked we found the seating comfortable and the auditorium was nice and warm. The toilet facilities were spotless on this visit.
