Over a year period I had 12 visits to fix a broken laptop and 2 repair centers in warranty which they scratched the then working infinity screen in their possession. Coil whine broken WiFi, ssd, they broke the screen, speakers, motherboard, Daughter board all changed.

They refused a new laptop or refurbished even though they spent thousands repairing, they argued with their onsite tech who refused to follow through their orders over the phone as he said it would damage the laptop more. They were useless to a point where their highest rep dept all based in India basically told me my warranty was running out and all I could do was sue them. They let it run out then cut me off.
