It was a nice interactive experience. Quick service- able to remain in car- pleasant staff. Two employees not all openly complained how they had to leave, seemed to rush, little to no engagement on oil, price etc. Later I realized seeing on the door it was closed at I would have never gotten there shorter before if I knew that but to hear employees complain was a turnoff and I will not be returning. The customer service was amazing and the visit was quick and easy! Jimmie and Jason did a awesome job not only working on my Lincoln MKZ but also informing me about questions I had about the service.
I really appreciate they didn't try to sell me something I don't have on the vehicle and the hard work they put into taking care of my needs. Excellent service.
