Pros: The gate crew were very responsive and told us accurate estimates about the delayed departure time. They even distributed snacks for us. Cons: The flight crew was subpar. Service was minimal and lacklustre. Plane was noisy and old. Seat was about worn through. Truly the worst in flight experience I can remember having domestically. Pros: I liked everything on my way back from Mexico city to Houston. Plane was new and clean.

Pilot was very informative and gave a smooth flight. Good snacks and nice crew. Cons: I did not like the flight from Houston to Mexico City. The plane was old stinky and uncomfortable. Pilot never informed anything. The take off and landing was ruff. I guess because the plane was smaller and older than the one I came back on. Pros: The crew were very nice. The plane had comfortable seats with a lot of leg room. Clean and comfortable. Pros: Seating was comfortable for the price and crew was excellent and super friendly.

Snacks were great along with complimentary drinks. Cons: Old Plane, My seat control had an error message, service could improve a lot it was a first class ticket and I had no service at all Flight attendants were MIA the whole time. Food service was regular.

I was offered expressed check-in since my luggage was lost on my arrival, but by the time they identified me to do so, it didn't make much difference in terms of my wait time. Pros: Direct flight, staff was courteous, priority checkin was worth it. Also the activity paid on the flight "dolphin encounter" was worh it. Cons: Boarding delay of 50 min with no notice. We could have taken the kids to the restroom earlier, however we kept waiting as we thought that we'll board any minute.
