Obviously there will be wear and tear over time but in our room the floor tile in the bathroom one was loose, the shower didn't work properly and the pressure was so low kept turning itself off if I tried to change the temperature or touch any of the dials , the wallpaper was peeling off of the wall, dust piled up on the skirting boards, the light switches havent been put on the wall straight, the lightbulbs on the bed lights were different colours one was warm and the other cold.
