After adding a few herbs and spices I put it in the oven. When ready to eat I could tell the tenderness of the as I sliced the roast. Great aroma, the kitchen smelled wonderful. The final test, the taste test. Passed with complements from everyone. Complements on the taste and the tenderness. Plates were cleaned, little fat or waste left to throw away.

I normally put roasts on a bed of onions, celery, and carrots, going back to the kitchen to clean up. I will most assuredly purchase this item again. This information is not easily found on the Amazon page.
