After that it's about 1 second from the home screen. I've not used the hrm band, but it interests me. I'd like to see vertical oscillation. Will the VA3 do the running stuff? I had a vivoactive hr prior. The only reason I have the f3hr is because I want open water swimming and triathlon mode. I think you will do well with any of them depending on how they interact with the band.

Are you using a 3rd party watchface or widgets? This is extremely slow. My spouse's 3HR shows none of those lags.
