Cheers, Edmund, Owner. We were celebrating 2 birthdays with family. Reservation service was was courteous and acurate after leaving a request by voicemail and receiving a confirmation call. Food quality was mixed. Tried the alligator starter. Most of it was delicious, a few peices tasted terrible - somewhat sour and quite off. Main course steaks were a little undercooked, but delicious. The mixed grill was also quite good. All fish entrees were fresh and tasty. Drinks were refilled constantly. At the end of the meal there was a simple mention of "Happy Birthday" and we were provided with the check.
Aside from the bad alligator, the food was good but the experience was not too special for a double birthday. We are so honored that you and your family chose our place to celebrate not one but two birthdays! While it's wonderful you were pleased with our courteous service, I'm sorry you thought our food quality was 'mixed'. It's a shame you thought some of the alligator samplers tasted off. Can you give us a little more information?
Were they overcooked? I can promise you this is the first we are hearing about a 'sour' flavor, but I will absolutely look into this. I'm sorry we underwhelmed you with our birthday recognition.

The salad was fresh and crisp with delicious homemade dressings. Our elk tenderloin and buffalo rib eye were cooked perfectly - melted in your mouth!

Dessert was to die for - made in house and not icky sweet. Our server was a charming gentleman who was very knowlegable. Would definitely go back! Thank you for this amazing review!
