I however have no idea what it's like in the summer since we have only gone in the winter. As far as the comment up thread a bit, did lake Erie install water slides and hot tubs? I was there over the summer and even then it wasn't crowded at all, with only the occasional line and nothing more than 8 or 10 minutes.

None of the slides are huge like at some water parks, so some people expecting that may be disappointed, but not having to wait 30 minutes or more for a ride is a big plus. We went to the lake, too, but wanted to try Splash Lagoon because we wanted to be in the water without being in the hot sun all day.
